I'm very happy with Ben Vitullo! I've talked with him twice and been very impressed both times. When I complained about my navigation not working, he came out and determined that I needed a new chip. I bought it and he installed it. When I needed work done on my visit, he explained it and kept me posted as the work progressed. Ill be back as.long.as he's there.

I had a great experience buying my truck. I initially called and spoke with Ali to go over numbers, and he was straightforward and easy to work with from the start. They actually ended up giving me a better deal than another dealership I had connections with, which really stood out. I came in on a Friday, and by Tuesday they had already located the exact truck I was looking for. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and no time was wasted going back and forth. I was originally referred by a family member who also had an easy, hassle-free experience, and I can say the same. They went straight to business, were transparent, and delivered on what they promised—that’s what ultimately earned my business. Highly recommend.

My family literally only deals with Palmen GMC. Jason in service is the bee's knees give that man a raise! No, seriously he deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond- every. single. time. that you come in. Tyrese is VERY customer friendly and does his best to find the car you'll love even when you say "naaaah".. then you go look at it and buy it. Bill puts the pieces together, answers any questions and makes sure you're smiling when you leave. Tommy, what can you say? Love the guy he cracks me up! He's very informative, throws those pieces together, and once they line up, he makes magic happen. Lastly Zack.. what can ya say about Zack.. that dudes awesome! He answers any questions you might have, works out any kinks and throws in a couple of laughs while doing it. I love this place! You have the best people ever!! Maybe I need a job

We were just starting a 3-hour trip home in our Buick Envision when our check engine light came on and our car began losing acceleration on the highway—worst case scenario. My husband and I were traveling with our two small children and my mother-in-law, who relies on oxygen. We were all understandably anxious and unsure of what to do. We searched for the nearest Buick dealership and found Palmen Buick only six miles away. We showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning, desperately hoping for help. That’s when we met Jason. Jason greeted us with kindness and immediately took action. He understood the urgency of our situation and got our vehicle looked at right away. Within an hour and a half, the issue was diagnosed and fixed. Thanks to Jason and the incredible service department team, we were back on the road safely and able to return home without further trouble. Every single staff member we encountered was compassionate, professional, and accommodating. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and genuine care shown to our family during a very stressful time. Ali was fantastic with my fiancé and I. I never felt pressured or discouraged by the process. It was especially cold when we were shopping, so he made sure to bring every car into the “garage showroom” so we wouldn’t have to freeze on the Wisconsin outdoors. I was at the dealership to look at a new black 2023 GMC 2500 HD Denali. Juan new everything about the truck and answered all my questions. He was also patient while I looked it over. I came in one day because no one picked up the call once it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. When I came in for service he was on the phone so I went to the next person. He looked up my information and said Tim would help me. But, this man did ask Tim if he could start the process and Tim said yes. Everything was fine the whole time.
