The thing I like most is that Jason knew exactly what I was talking about a couple other dealers I had talked to you about my issues with my truck really didn't dig deep enough and didn't really know what I was talking about. Jason was great.

I'm very happy with Ben Vitullo! I've talked with him twice and been very impressed both times. When I complained about my navigation not working, he came out and determined that I needed a new chip. I bought it and he installed it. When I needed work done on my visit, he explained it and kept me posted as the work progressed. Ill be back as.long.as he's there.

I had a great experience buying my truck. I initially called and spoke with Ali to go over numbers, and he was straightforward and easy to work with from the start. They actually ended up giving me a better deal than another dealership I had connections with, which really stood out. I came in on a Friday, and by Tuesday they had already located the exact truck I was looking for. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and no time was wasted going back and forth. I was originally referred by a family member who also had an easy, hassle-free experience, and I can say the same. They went straight to business, were transparent, and delivered on what they promised—that’s what ultimately earned my business. Highly recommend.

Update: I also ordered a dash mat when I purchased the car, working with Jason in Service. They called me when it arrived, and it was installed perfectly while I waited. Everyone in the service department was fantastic — welcoming, professional, and truly attentive. Even though my appointment day happened to fall during a pretty bad snowstorm, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently without a hitch. The dash mat looks great and completely eliminates any reflection issues. Once again, the team delivered outstanding service from start to finish!

Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

I went in on the 9th after a phone call looking for a second vehicle. I met this amazing patient knowledgeable respectful man named Bil who communication skills are impeccable! I went here after a not so welcoming experience at a Kenosha Chevy dealer and I am thankful for the negative experience as a returning customer because that led me right to Palmen and I met Mr. BIL!! We had a great experience with the whole team at Palmen. Ali was awesome. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at on the used lot. We didnt feel pressured to make any purchases right away and he took the time to answer my questions. We also worked with Tommy. He takes great pride in their used cars and you can tell they really try to hand pick the best used vehicles they choose to sell on the lot. Tommy was able to address the few things we wanted fixed on the use vehicle we purchased. We worked with Jason in the service department for the repairs and he was wonderful. I will definitely work with him for any future service on the vehicle. They set me up with a rental vehicle while they had our vehicle in the shop. I felt they had our vehicle back to us within a timely fashion. Overall good job for the whole team and different departments. They were able to get the vehicle registered and plated the day we purchased and so far we are happy with our new to us vehicle. We have used palmen in the past and plan on continuing as long as they keep up the good work.

While traveling from out of town, I suddenly encountered a blown engine in a very compromised position…on the freeway. I was able to get off the freeway however I was blocking traffic. I have no clue where I’m at, and I was pretty much at a loss of my next move. I look up closest GM dealer via Google, call the number, and Randy answered. From there, he calls me a tow truck, we land at the dealership, they confirm the extent of my vehicles condition, unfortunately a blown engine and it will be a major repair, get me to a rental car location, I drive home located just outside of Detroit. Randy keeps in touch throughout the entire repair, even as I’m on vacation out of the Country. My car got delivered to my house as soon as I returned from vacation. I say without a doubt that Randy and his crew are the poster children for service recovery, as I wasn’t too happy my engine failed for the second time in 50K miles. I have told this story several times since I got my vehicle back, every time I tell it the story ends with I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome to a terrible situation, caused by faulty parts in my engine. First and foremost, I felt that Dan Salisbury was an exceptional salesman.. I have never dealt with such a down-to-earth car salesman, as if he was my neighbor. He was very knowledgeable on the product he was selling, and without pressure. You could tell he was very experienced. He was an exceptional people person. I will be dealing with him for future purchases. The person I dealt with on the sale, and payment of the car, was a very pleasant experience as well. He was very efficient and made the process go very fast. A couple days after the purchase, with very little miles driven, "steering assist is reduced drive with care" warning popped up on the dash. I called Dan and told him about the problem. He said they would take care of it, had me bring it in to have it checked. He asked if I started it up again would the warning disappear, but it didn't. I took the car around the block and the air conditioner didn't work as well. After driving about 2 miles on the way to the dealership the warning did disappear and the air conditioner started working again. I brought the car in and talked to the service manager who was very knowledgeable about these cars. He explained how seldom this can occur and you might not ever have a problem again. He told me what to look out for if the problem would continue. He also helped me decide with his expertise and personal opinion about a warranty on this specific vehicle. I lost a lot of confidence in the Cadillac brand, but he reassured me that this isn't something that happens very often and that they don't see many problems with the Cadillac brand. He was very valuable in helping me restore my confidence and move forward with this problem. Dan spoke to the sales manager who worked out a 90-day warranty, parts and labor, should this continue to be a problem. I was hoping to get something a little more reassuring than that. What I was asking for was a bit of a reach, wanting it taken care of if I ever had a problem with it again. I agreed on the warranty, which Dan said if something happened in a hundred days we would still take care of it for you meaning if it's realistic timing from the purchase. He said that's who we are... and I appreciate that!! I felt Dan handled this whole situation very professionally. The car was in excellent condition for the year, and I felt I got a very good deal. Your dealership will be my first choice to trade up on this car in the future. Thank you so much for the professionalism your dealership possesses!!

I'm very happy with Ben Vitullo! I've talked with him twice and been very impressed both times. When I complained about my navigation not working, he came out and determined that I needed a new chip. I came in one day because no one picked up the call once it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. When I came in for service he was on the phone so I went to the next person. He looked up my information and said Tim would help me.
