Ben Vitullo

I'm very happy with Ben Vitullo! I've talked with him twice and been very impressed both times. When I complained about my navigation not working, he came out and determined that I needed a new chip. I bought it and he installed it. When I needed work done on my visit, he explained it and kept me posted as the work progressed. Ill be back as.long.as he's there.

The service writer was busy and I had to wait awhile but after the check in went fast. I had my wife pick me up. The repair took about 2 hrs. Ben left message on my phone. We picked up and very satisfied with service and repairs.

Ben is great, facility was clean and very nice. Didn't have to wait once I got there, started at the time of the appointment. Ben advised during the work that was being done so I knew the status.

My service writer Ben doesn’t come in until 8:00AM. I arrived at 7:15, willing to wait for Ben since my appointment was scheduled for that time. Randy another service writer took over immediately and got me handled and out before Ben arrived. That’s what I call teamwork! Ben took care of me a few days later when my SUV was ready. Both guys were very professional & very much customer service oriented!

Always respectful, does a great job. Trustworthy , did a good job on my oil change and car wash it drives better and smoother with a new air filter. Thank you to the mechanics and also to Ben V.,.

Took my truck in there for service and my advisor I had Ben was awsome very nice and the machanic that fixed my truck was really knowledgeable, and nice to talk to. I will be going there from now on, great place thanks
