The thing I like most is that Jason knew exactly what I was talking about a couple other dealers I had talked to you about my issues with my truck really didn't dig deep enough and didn't really know what I was talking about. Jason was great.

Jason Garon is the best. He is phenomenal mechanic and the main reason I continue to bring my car there for maintenance.

Jason was great to work with. He kept the service side organized, responded quickly, and followed through without being reminded. He also worked with the parts department to help the customer with out of pocket costs, which was appreciated. The details stayed clear and the process did not drag out.

Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

He goes above and beyond- every. single. time. that you come in. Tyrese is VERY customer friendly and does his best to find the car you’ll love even when you say “naaaah”.. then you go look at it and buy it. Bill puts the pieces together, answers any questions and makes sure you’re smiling when you leave. Tommy, what can you say? Love the guy he cracks me up! He’s very informative, throws those pieces together, and once the they line up, he makes magic happen. Lastly Zack.. what can ya say about Zack.. that dudes awesome! He answers any questions you might have, works out any kinks and throws in a couple of laughs while doing it. I love this place! You have the best people ever!! Maybe I need a job

We were just starting a 3-hour trip home in our Buick Envision when our check engine light came on and our car began losing acceleration on the highway—worst case scenario. My husband and I were traveling with our two small children and my mother-in-law, who relies on oxygen. We were all understandably anxious and unsure of what to do. We searched for the nearest Buick dealership and found Palmen Buick only six miles away. We showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning, desperately hoping for help. That’s when we met Jason. Jason greeted us with kindness and immediately took action. He understood the urgency of our situation and got our vehicle looked at right away. Within an hour and a half, the issue was diagnosed and fixed. Thanks to Jason and the incredible service department team, we were back on the road safely and able to return home without further trouble. Every single staff member we encountered was compassionate, professional, and accommodating. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and genuine care shown to our family during a very stressful time. Thank you, Jason, and thank you to the Palmen Buick team—you turned a travel nightmare into a reminder of how good people can be.

I’m giving 5 stars because of Jason Garon. I have had a lot of issues with my truck over the course of the last year. Jason took care of the problem and was in touch with me frequently with updates. He also fixed a problem that was outside of the reason I brought my truck in and I just noticed it now, a couple weeks later. It’s people like Jason and the service they provide that create repeat customers.

Easy in, easy out. Jason got my vehicle in right away and took care of all of the recall issues and even one that wasn’t issued by the manufacturer
