I came in one day because no one picked up the call once it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. When I came in for service he was on the phone so I went to the next person. He looked up my information and said Tim would help me. But, this man did ask Tim if he could start the process and Tim said yes. Everything was fine the whole time.

I’ve been dealing with Tim for the last 10 years and there’s no one else I would go to. He is wonderful. He handles everything he tells her what my car needs. Sometimes he hollers at me because they don’t have enough mileage on it but he understands and I’m really happy with Tim. I’m happy with all the people that you have there.

I just wanted to say Tim Hoffman in service exceeded my expectations. I bought a 2016 CT6 from a dealership in Crystal Lake. I put 300 miles on the car and noticed something was not right with Transmission good thing I had the extended warranty. Tim made my service set up super easy. We had 50k mile coverage on my vehicle and he assured me my rental would be covered & it was. I didn't have any hidden fees or random charges at the end of my service even though they had problem replicating my problem once it was in the shop.

my check engine light was on for the 3 days before I had an appointment I had it checked out on CO and was told it should be good for the 1000 miles home. The night before the lite went off. Tim checked and asked for paperwork from CO and got it in and fixed no charge I was a few days till the end of my warranty.

Talked to Tim about my water pump on a Tuesday dropped my truck off Wednesday around six. Got a call from Tim Thursday morning around 930 saying my truck was done. Excellent service. My truck will be going here from now on when it needs repairs.

Tim was so incredibly helpful! I called late on a Monday and he was able to get me an appointment for first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and kind and provided superior customer service. It can often be overwhelming to walk into a service center as a woman that doesn't know a lot about cars, but he explained things very well and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing much like some car guys can. I sometimes put off car maintenance because I'm afraid of how I'll be treated, but I will definitely be going back to this location because of how great my experience was.

Tim has always went out of his way to insure my truck is serviced correctly. I used to live in Kenosha but moved to Mississippi 2 years ago. I always return 2 times a year to have my truck serviced at Palmen. Tim is why I wait to have my vehicles serviced at Palmen.

Tim in service was really good. took my 22 Sierra in to get something checked out, with an appointment, took care of me ,called me after I knew what was wrong , then I had problems ordering floor mats on the app (because it stinks) and he took me over to parts got it them all ordered, be getting them tomorrow ...not that I want to go back for service ,but with Tim there it helped a lot.
