I went in on the 9th after a phone call looking for a second vehicle. I met this amazing patient knowledgeable respectful man named Bil who communication skills are impeccable! I went here after a not so welcoming experience at a Kenosha Chevy dealer and I am thankful for the negative experience as a returning customer because that led me right to Palmen and I met Mr. BIL!! He led me to get exactly what I needed and the value was and still is mind blowing. The process was so smooth and high vibrational I refuse to go to another dealer after. And to finish up my transaction I met Zack and when I say this man is funny it was like being at my own comedy show with a famous comedian. This man is funny and will keep you on your toes . Even the owner greeted me with welcoming kindness and a smile coming and leaving! I appreciate this experience at Palmen and have been already recommending people to go see Mr. BIL. Thank you and I will see yall next year for another purchase.
