Bil was knowledgeable about the product line I was interested in. He was courteous, and helpful during my two visits to the Palmen Dealership. Mr. Richmond was patient and took the time to explain different options available to me. Upon buying the vehicle, he further answered all of my questions and told me if I had further questions about my new vehicle, I could reach out for further support. I am very happy with the assistance he offered me and happy with my new vehicle.

I just moved to the area and I’m a new resident to Kenosha. I came across this dealership last night online and came in this afternoon. Ali serviced me and walked me through the process of getting the nic nacs situated with my vehicle. Jobi did a fantastic job with my trade in, seamless! Ali was fantastic with my fiancé and I. I never felt pressured or discouraged by the process. It was especially cold when we were shopping, so he made sure to bring every car into the “garage showroom” so we wouldn’t have to freeze on the Wisconsin outdoors. The manager that spoke to us was kind and not pushy. Orlando, the finance manager was also kind and transparent. Easiest car buying process, ever!

The Palmen GMC dealership is very nice. The staff all were very pleasant to speak with. Jaun my sales person was awesome to work with. I was at the dealership to look at a new black 2023 GMC 2500 HD Denali. Juan new everything about the truck and answered all my questions. He was also patient while I looked it over. At the end of my visit, as i was given the cost of the truck. Vince worked with me to get the beautiful GMC truck into the price range I was looking for. The staff at Palmen are top notch. They are all respectful and the reason that I purchased the Black Beast that day. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop and check them out. Thank You!!

We’ve been long time customers of Palmens. I picked a large bolt and immediately drove to Palmens. They put on my spare so I could get to a doctor appointment. I took the car back the next morning and had it back by mid-afternoon. That’s great service and what we’ve come to expect from Palmens!!

Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. This is my fourth Enclave. The service department, especially Jason, has always been efficient and thorough.

We’ve bought 3 cars from GMC Palmen in the last 3 years and we’ve had great service! Even with minor issues happening here and there, they’re always quick to respond and help out to remedy the issues immediately and effectively. Ali is probably one of the best salesman we’ve ever worked with in any field.. he’s smart and knows what he’s talking about, he is quick and to the point, he wants to help wherever he can and will get you resolutions to any issue immediately. He helps others even when it’s not within his job to do so. 10/10 recommendations over and over. Conor is a newer salesman and is truly one of the nicest people and you can see he tries really hard to do the best for his customers. I know he is going to be great as he continues in this career. What an experience!! I have purchased a lot of cars and I can honestly say Palmen Cadillac GMC was top notch and Ali was great not pushy not in a rush to make a deal very patient and just all around great salesman! Sales manager and finance manager were all great as well! I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S with 18.000 miles yes that is right only 18K miles and 1 owner vehicle and not only did they make my experience great Ali delivered my vehicle to my house in Park Ridge IL. They actually ended up giving me a better deal than another dealership I had connections with, which really stood out. I came in on a Friday, and by Tuesday they had already located the exact truck I was looking for. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and no time was wasted going back and forth. Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

I went in on the 9th after a phone call looking for a second vehicle. I met this amazing patient knowledgeable respectful man named Bil who communication skills are impeccable! I went here after a not so welcoming experience at a Kenosha Chevy dealer and I am thankful for the negative experience as a returning customer because that led me right to Palmen and I met Mr. BIL!! He led me to get exactly what I needed and the value was and still is mind blowing. The process was so smooth and high vibrational I refuse to go to another dealer after. We had a great experience with the whole team at Palmen. Ali was awesome. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at on the used lot. We didnt feel pressured to make any purchases right away and he took the time to answer my questions. We also worked with Tommy. He takes great pride in their used cars and you can tell they really try to hand pick the best used vehicles they choose to sell on the lot. Tommy was able to address the few things we wanted fixed on the use vehicle we purchased. We worked with Jason in the service department for the repairs and he was wonderful. I will definitely work with him for any future service on the vehicle. They set me up with a rental vehicle while they had our vehicle in the shop. I felt they had our vehicle back to us within a timely fashion. Overall good job for the whole team and different departments. They were able to get the vehicle registered and plated the day we purchased and so far we are happy with our new to us vehicle. We have used palmen in the past and plan on continuing as long as they keep up the good work.

The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.
