Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. This is my fourth Enclave. The service department, especially Jason, has always been efficient and thorough.

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.

We’ve bought 3 cars from GMC Palmen in the last 3 years and we’ve had great service! Even with minor issues happening here and there, they’re always quick to respond and help out to remedy the issues immediately and effectively. Ali is probably one of the best salesman we’ve ever worked with in any field.. he’s smart and knows what he’s talking about, he is quick and to the point, he wants to help wherever he can and will get you resolutions to any issue immediately. He helps others even when it’s not within his job to do so. 10/10 recommendations over and over. Conor is a newer salesman and is truly one of the nicest people and you can see he tries really hard to do the best for his customers. I know he is going to be great as he continues in this career. He cares about his job and his customers and it shows in the work that he does.

My back left tire was losing air. Julie got me in quickly and a nail was found and the tire was repaired. Julie made an appointment at my request for my first oil change for this car which is supposed to be a free one. Everything went smoothly and the technician did a good job.

Tim made my service set up super easy. We had 50k mile coverage on my vehicle and he assured me my rental would be covered & it was. I didn't have any hidden fees or random charges at the end of my service even though they had problem replicating my problem once it was in the shop.

My family literally only deals with Palmen GMC. Jason in service is the bee's knees give that man a raise! No, seriously he deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond- every. single. time. that you come in. Tyrese is VERY customer friendly and does his best to find the car you'll love even when you say "naaaah".. then you go look at it and buy it. Bill puts the pieces together, answers any questions and makes sure you're smiling when you leave. Tommy, what can you say? Love the guy he cracks me up! He's very informative, throws those pieces together, and once they line up, he makes magic happen. Lastly Zack.. what can ya say about Zack.. that dudes awesome! We were just starting a 3-hour trip home in our Buick Envision when our check engine light came on and our car began losing acceleration on the highway—worst case scenario. My husband and I were traveling with our two small children and my mother-in-law, who relies on oxygen. We were all understandably anxious and unsure of what to do. We searched for the nearest Buick dealership and found Palmen Buick only six miles away. We showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning, desperately hoping for help. That’s when we met Jason. Jason greeted us with kindness and immediately took action. He understood the urgency of our situation and got our vehicle looked at right away. Within an hour and a half, the issue was diagnosed and fixed. Thanks to Jason and the incredible service department team, we were back on the road safely and able to return home without further trouble. Every single staff member we encountered was compassionate, professional, and accommodating. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and genuine care shown to our family during a very stressful time. Ali was fantastic with my fiancé and I. I never felt pressured or discouraged by the process. It was especially cold when we were shopping, so he made sure to bring every car into the “garage showroom” so we wouldn’t have to freeze on the Wisconsin outdoors. The manager that spoke to us was kind and not pushy. Orlando, the finance manager was also kind and transparent. Easiest car buying process, ever!

The Palmen GMC dealership is very nice. The staff all were very pleasant to speak with. Jaun my sales person was awesome to work with. I was at the dealership to look at a new black 2023 GMC 2500 HD Denali. Juan new everything about the truck and answered all my questions. He was also patient while I looked it over. At the end of my visit, as i was given the cost of the truck. Vince worked with me to get the beautiful GMC truck into the price range I was looking for. The staff at Palmen are top notch. My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.

My back left tire was losing air. Julie got me in quickly and a nail was found and the tire was repaired. Julie made an appointment at my request for my first oil change for this car which is supposed to be a free one. Everything went smoothly and the technician did a good job.
