Palmen had the selection of vehicles online up to date and accurate. I easily navigated their website looking for the vehicles they had, was able to reach out to someone immediately about 2 of the vehicles, and was able to get in immediately to review the car in person. They set up the appointment around my busy schedule, had everything ready when I arrived, and it took very little time to decide to purchase. Palmen was fair with their pricing, (thank you Nick) and Bil Richmond did a great job selling me this vehicle. Bil was very patient and answered all my detailed questions about the vehicle. He did a great job.

Tim is a great person and really does his best to towards customer satisfaction. The service has been good, but Tim's customer service is what keeps us coming there from Caledonia. Larry Colon sold us our last two vehicles. He is an awesome sales person and a great guy. He also, is another reason why we travel so far to come to this store.

Conor was very quick to come outside when the temperature was 98 degrees, He was very informative and knew what he was selling. The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. This is my fourth Enclave. The service department, especially Jason, has always been efficient and thorough.

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.

We had a great experience with the whole team at Palmen. Ali was awesome. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at on the used lot. We didnt feel pressured to make any purchases right away and he took the time to answer my questions. We also worked with Tommy. He takes great pride in their used cars and you can tell they really try to hand pick the best used vehicles they choose to sell on the lot. Tommy was able to address the few things we wanted fixed on the use vehicle we purchased. We worked with Jason in the service department for the repairs and he was wonderful. I will definitely work with him for any future service on the vehicle. They set me up with a rental vehicle while they had our vehicle in the shop. I felt they had our vehicle back to us within a timely fashion. Overall good job for the whole team and different departments. They were able to get the vehicle registered and plated the day we purchased and so far we are happy with our new to us vehicle. We have used palmen in the past and plan on continuing as long as they keep up the good work.

My husband and I were traveling with our two small children and my mother-in-law, who relies on oxygen. We were all understandably anxious and unsure of what to do.
We searched for the nearest Buick dealership and found Palmen Buick only six miles away. We showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning, desperately hoping for help. That’s when we met Jason.
Jason greeted us with kindness and immediately took action. He understood the urgency of our situation and got our vehicle looked at right away. Within an hour and a half, the issue was diagnosed and fixed. Thanks to Jason and the incredible service department team, we were back on the road safely and able to return home without further trouble.
Every single staff member we encountered was compassionate, professional, and accommodating. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and genuine care shown to our family during a very stressful time.

I was at the dealership to look at a new black 2023 GMC 2500 HD Denali. Juan new everything about the truck and answered all my questions. He was also patient while I looked it over. The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it.
