Palmen had the selection of vehicles online up to date and accurate. I easily navigated their website looking for the vehicles they had, was able to reach out to someone immediately about 2 of the vehicles, and was able to get in immediately to review the car in person. They set up the appointment around my busy schedule, had everything ready when I arrived, and it took very little time to decide to purchase. Palmen was fair with their pricing, (thank you Nick) and Bil Richmond did a great job selling me this vehicle. Bil was very patient and answered all my detailed questions about the vehicle. He did a great job.

Tim is a great person and really does his best to towards customer satisfaction. The service has been good, but Tim's customer service is what keeps us coming there from Caledonia. Larry Colon sold us our last two vehicles. He is an awesome sales person and a great guy. He also, is another reason why we travel so far to come to this store.

Orlando was also incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He made the finance process easy and stress free, which is usually the most stressful part of buying a car. Conor was very quick to come outside when the temperature was 98 degrees, He was very informative and knew what he was selling. Conor made us very comfortable when we just happened to stop in just to look. We had not intention of making a purchase that day. The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. This is my fourth Enclave. The service department, especially Jason, has always been efficient and thorough.

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.

I have had a lot of issues with my truck over the course of the last year. Jason took care of the problem and was in touch with me frequently with updates. He also fixed a problem that was outside of the reason I brought my truck in and I just noticed it now, a couple weeks later.

Tim was so incredibly helpful! I called late on a Monday and he was able to get me an appointment for first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and kind and provided superior customer service. It can often be overwhelming to walk into a service center as a woman that doesn't know a lot about cars, but he explained things very well and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing much like some car guys can. I sometimes put off car maintenance because I'm afraid of how I'll be treated, but I will definitely be going back to this location because of how great my experience was.

The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.
