Palmen had the selection of vehicles online up to date and accurate. I easily navigated their website looking for the vehicles they had, was able to reach out to someone immediately about 2 of the vehicles, and was able to get in immediately to review the car in person. They set up the appointment around my busy schedule, had everything ready when I arrived, and it took very little time to decide to purchase. Palmen was fair with their pricing, (thank you Nick) and Bil Richmond did a great job selling me this vehicle. Bil was very patient and answered all my detailed questions about the vehicle. He did a great job.

Willing to go the extra mile to fit you in and make sure you get out again quickly. Love that they are a one stop shop for all my GMC Yukon XL maintenance and DMV needs! Other than tires and rotations, I do everything here because Jason is awesome and makes sure we get top shop service every visit since we moved to WI!

Tim is a great person and really does his best to towards customer satisfaction. The service has been good, but Tim's customer service is what keeps us coming there from Caledonia. Larry Colon sold us our last two vehicles. He is an awesome sales person and a great guy. He also, is another reason why we travel so far to come to this store.

Conor was very quick to come outside when the temperature was 98 degrees, He was very informative and knew what he was selling. Conor made us very comfortable when we just happened to stop in just to look. We had not intention of making a purchase that day. The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. This is my fourth Enclave. The service department, especially Jason, has always been efficient and thorough.

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.

We’ve bought 3 cars from GMC Palmen in the last 3 years and we’ve had great service! Even with minor issues happening here and there, they’re always quick to respond and help out to remedy the issues immediately and effectively.
Ali is probably one of the best salesman we’ve ever worked with in any field.. he’s smart and knows what he’s talking about, he is quick and to the point, he wants to help wherever he can and will get you resolutions to any issue immediately. He helps others even when it’s not within his job to do so. 10/10 recommendations over and over.
Conor is a newer salesman and is truly one of the nicest people and you can see he tries really hard to do the best for his customers. I know he is going to be great as he continues in this career. He cares about his job and his customers and it shows in the work that he does.

What an experience!! I have purchased a lot of cars and I can honestly say Palmen Cadillac GMC was top notch and Ali was great not pushy not in a rush to make a deal very patient and just all around great salesman! Sales manager and finance manager were all great as well! I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S with 18.000 miles yes that is right only 18K miles and 1 owner vehicle and not only did they make my experience great Ali delivered my vehicle to my house in Park Ridge IL. I had a great experience buying my truck. I initially called and spoke with Ali to go over numbers, and he was straightforward and easy to work with from the start. They actually ended up giving me a better deal than another dealership I had connections with, which really stood out.
I came in on a Friday, and by Tuesday they had already located the exact truck I was looking for. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and no time was wasted going back and forth.

Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

I went in on the 9th after a phone call looking for a second vehicle. I met this amazing patient knowledgeable respectful man named Bil who communication skills are impeccable! I went here after a not so welcoming experience at a Kenosha Chevy dealer and I am thankful for the negative experience as a returning customer because that led me right to Palmen and I met Mr. BIL!! He led me to get exactly what I needed and the value was and still is mind blowing. The process was so smooth and high vibrational I refuse to go to another dealer after. Not the cheapest but they do good work. (Usually) They've done all service on my 14 yr old Terrain with 218,000 miles on it and still going strong. They no longer offer service loaners so it's a pain when I have to leave my car. I'll probably have to find service closer to home.

While traveling from out of town, I suddenly encountered a blown engine in a very compromised position…on the freeway. I was able to get off the freeway however I was blocking traffic. I have no clue where I’m at, and I was pretty much at a loss of my next move. I look up closest GM dealer via Google, call the number, and Randy answered. From there, he calls me a tow truck, we land at the dealership, they confirm the extent of my vehicles condition, unfortunately a blown engine and it will be a major repair, get me to a rental car location, I drive home located just outside of Detroit. Randy keeps in touch throughout the entire repair, even as I’m on vacation out of the Country. My car got delivered to my house as soon as I returned from vacation. I say without a doubt that Randy and his crew are the poster children for service recovery, as I wasn’t too happy my engine failed for the second time in 50K miles. I have told this story several times since I got my vehicle back, every time I tell it the story ends with I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome to a terrible situation, caused by faulty parts in my engine. Thanks again Randy, job well done.
