We’ve bought 3 cars from GMC Palmen in the last 3 years and we’ve had great service! Even with minor issues happening here and there, they’re always quick to respond and help out to remedy the issues immediately and effectively. Ali is probably one of the best salesman we’ve ever worked with in any field.. he’s smart and knows what he’s talking about, he is quick and to the point, he wants to help wherever he can and will get you resolutions to any issue immediately. He helps others even when it’s not within his job to do so. 10/10 recommendations over and over. Conor is a newer salesman and is truly one of the nicest people and you can see he tries really hard to do the best for his customers. I know he is going to be great as he continues in this career. He cares about his job and his customers and it shows in the work that he does.

Fantastic. Was there 5 min before they opened and the porter walked out and nicely told me that it would be 5 min before Jason, as always, was super efficient and did exactly what he sailed do in exactly the time he promised. My back left tire was losing air. Julie got me in quickly and a nail was found and the tire was repaired. Julie made an appointment at my request for my first oil change for this car which is supposed to be a free one. Everything went smoothly and the technician did a good job.

What an experience!! I have purchased a lot of cars and I can honestly say Palmen Cadillac GMC was top notch and Ali was great not pushy not in a rush to make a deal very patient and just all around great salesman! Sales manager and finance manager were all great as well! I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S with 18.000 miles yes that is right only 18K miles and 1 owner vehicle and not only did they make my experience great Ali delivered my vehicle to my house in Park Ridge IL. Now that was above and beyond and I will definitely go back in the future for my next vehicle. Thank you Palmen auto group for being a TOP NOTCH Car Dealer.

I made appointment with Jason for a specific day and time and he was ready, waiting for me as I arrived. He is very profesional, caring with great attention to detail and answered all questions I had. After routine tire rotation there was nail discovered in my tire and he explained the possible options to me. I decided to replace the tire and it was done quickly while I was waiting in your waiting room. I enjoyed your nice, clean facility and a friendly atmosphere. They actually ended up giving me a better deal than another dealership I had connections with, which really stood out. I came in on a Friday, and by Tuesday they had already located the exact truck I was looking for. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and no time was wasted going back and forth. Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

We had a great experience with the whole team at Palmen. Ali was awesome. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at on the used lot. We didnt feel pressured to make any purchases right away and he took the time to answer my questions. We also worked with Tommy. He takes great pride in their used cars and you can tell they really try to hand pick the best used vehicles they choose to sell on the lot. Tommy was able to address the few things we wanted fixed on the use vehicle we purchased. We worked with Jason in the service department for the repairs and he was wonderful. I will definitely work with him for any future service on the vehicle. They set me up with a rental vehicle while they had our vehicle in the shop. I felt they had our vehicle back to us within a timely fashion. Overall good job for the whole team and different departments. They were able to get the vehicle registered and plated the day we purchased and so far we are happy with our new to us vehicle. We have used palmen in the past and plan on continuing as long as they keep up the good work.

I came in one day because no one picked up the call once it was transferred to the Service Dept. I figured everybody was busy. Tim helped me. He was nice. When I came in for service he was on the phone so I went to the next person. He looked up my information and said Tim would help me. But, this man did ask Tim if he could start the process and Tim said yes. Everything was fine the whole time.

Ali was very helpful and friendly! He made sure that everything was done and ready for me when I picked up my Canyon . I feel as if he treated it as if it was his own vehicle. Running boards and the tunnel cover were installed and looking good! He said I should give him a call with any questions that I may have. Also he was very good at explaining all the electronics in the truck before leaving and setting me up with the OnStar. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

My family literally only deals with Palmen GMC. Jason in service is the bee’s knees give that man a raise! No, seriously he deserves a raise. He goes above and beyond- every. single. time. that you come in. Tyrese is VERY customer friendly and does his best to find the car you’ll love even when you say “naaaah”.. then you go look at it and buy it. Bill puts the pieces together, answers any questions and makes sure you’re smiling when you leave. Tommy, what can you say? Love the guy he cracks me up! He’s very informative, throws those pieces together, and once the they line up, he makes magic happen. Lastly Zack.. what can ya say about Zack.. that dudes awesome! He answers any questions you might have, works out any kinks and throws in a couple of laughs while doing it. I love this place! You have the best people ever!! Maybe I need a job

my check engine light was on for the 3 days before I had an appointment I had it checked out on CO and was told it should be good for the 1000 miles home. The night before the lite went off. Tim checked and asked for paperwork from CO and got it in and fixed no charge I was a few days till the end of my warranty.

Everything was good. I love the truck Juan made sure that I had everything I asked for and drove the truck and delivered it to me and East Troy that was great. As far as the dealership they told me they would put all the paperwork on a thumb drive, which I have never received, and I still don’t have the paperwork for the sale of my truck. I was able to get the insurance because I looked up the VIN number on the Internet.

I am mostly impressed with Adam Grant. He sold me a car that cost more than I wanted to pay, but it had features that helped me to decide to buy it. Especially having AWD and being a certified vehicle. Also the signing went smoothly and I took the car home without having actually paid anything on it yet. I am 85 year old and I was treated respectfully, Particularly by Adam and Zack.
