Very welcoming and polite. I like the fact that Jason as well as everyone else knows what's going on. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and also asked Jason if the mechanic could look my truck over like it was his mother driving it. I had an extraordinary great experience.

First and foremost, I felt that Dan Salisbury was an exceptional salesman.. I have never dealt with such a down-to-earth car salesman, as if he was my neighbor. He was very knowledgeable on the product he was selling, and without pressure. You could tell he was very experienced. He was an exceptional people person. I will be dealing with him for future purchases. The person I dealt with on the sale, and payment of the car, was a very pleasant experience as well. He was very efficient and made the process go very fast. A couple days after the purchase, with very little miles driven, "steering assist is reduced drive with care" warning popped up on the dash. I called Dan and told him about the problem. He said they would take care of it, had me bring it in to have it checked. He asked if I started it up again would the warning disappear, but it didn't. I took the car around the block and the air conditioner didn't work as well. After driving about 2 miles on the way to the dealership the warning did disappear and the air conditioner started working again. I brought the car in and talked to the service manager who was very knowledgeable about these cars. He explained how seldom this can occur and you might not ever have a problem again. He told me what to look out for if the problem would continue. He also helped me decide with his expertise and personal opinion about a warranty on this specific vehicle. I lost a lot of confidence in the Cadillac brand, but he reassured me that this isn't something that happens very often and that they don't see many problems with the Cadillac brand. He was very valuable in helping me restore my confidence and move forward with this problem. Dan spoke to the sales manager who worked out a 90-day warranty, parts and labor, should this continue to be a problem. I was hoping to get something a little more reassuring than that. What I was asking for was a bit of a reach, wanting it taken care of if I ever had a problem with it again. I agreed on the warranty, which Dan said if something happened in a hundred days we would still take care of it for you meaning if it's realistic timing from the purchase. He said that's who we are... and I appreciate that!! I felt Dan handled this whole situation very professionally. The car was in excellent condition for the year, and I felt I got a very good deal. Your dealership will be my first choice to trade up on this car in the future. Thank you so much for the professionalism your dealership possesses!!

We had a great experience with the whole team at Palmen. Ali was awesome. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at on the used lot. We didnt feel pressured to make any purchases right away and he took the time to answer my questions. We also worked with Tommy. He takes great pride in their used cars and you can tell they really try to hand pick the best used vehicles they choose to sell on the lot. Tommy was able to address the few things we wanted fixed on the use vehicle we purchased. We worked with Jason in the service department for the repairs and he was wonderful. I will definitely work with him for any future service on the vehicle. They set me up with a rental vehicle while they had our vehicle in the shop. I felt they had our vehicle back to us within a timely fashion. Overall good job for the whole team and different departments. They were able to get the vehicle registered and plated the day we purchased and so far we are happy with our new to us vehicle. We have used palmen in the past and plan on continuing as long as they keep up the good work.

I was so pleased with Tim and everyone at Palmen Buick. Tim treated me with so much kindness and respect that if it costed me my time and gas to drive out there to see him every day that’s exactly what I will do for now on! I’ve been shopping at Cadillac dealers for eleven years now and I have yet to find an individual like Tim or company like Palmen Buick. It’s a shame that I have to go so far for the money I’m willing to spend but this is what I’ll do! Easily set the appointment online, with plenty of time slots to accommodate my schedule. I was greeted immediately when I walked into the office. I received a clear summary of the work being done, with an understanding it would take about 90 minutes. The work was done before promised and I was quickly on my way.

My service writer Ben doesn’t come in until 8:00AM. I arrived at 7:15, willing to wait for Ben since my appointment was scheduled for that time. Randy another service writer took over immediately and got me handled and out before Ben arrived. That’s what I call teamwork! Ben took care of me a few days later when my SUV was ready. Both guys were very professional & very much customer service oriented!

Tim made my service set up super easy. We had 50k mile coverage on my vehicle and he assured me my rental would be covered & it was. I didn't have any hidden fees or random charges at the end of my service even though they had problem replicating my problem once it was in the shop.

As a visitor to Kenosha, in town due to a potential job relocation. I was impressed with the service I received & the service center’s sense of urgency in getting be back on the road quickly. The radiator replacement was a big job & they ensured I was only stranded for one day. My only observation is that upon return of my vehicle, it was warning me that I needed an oil change (most likely due to the engine overheating) & no one said anything. I would have preferred to have the oil changed prior to continuing my 5 hour trip home. Otherwise my experience was excellent & if I do end up relocating to Kenosha would definitely consider using the dealership again.

Palmen had the selection of vehicles online up to date and accurate. I easily navigated their website looking for the vehicles they had, was able to reach out to someone immediately about 2 of the vehicles, and was able to get in immediately to review the car in person. They set up the appointment around my busy schedule, had everything ready when I arrived, and it took very little time to decide to purchase. Palmen was fair with their pricing, (thank you Nick) and Bil Richmond did a great job selling me this vehicle. Bil was very patient and answered all my detailed questions about the vehicle. He did a great job.

This was the friendliest and most laid-back car-buying experience I could have imagined! I can't say enough great things about the atmosphere at Palmen. Conor's kind, calm energy made me feel like I was checking out a car with an old friend. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Orlando was also incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He made the finance process easy and stress free, which is usually the most stressful part of buying a car. From start to finish, everyone was great and the “Pop the Trunk” promotion was a fun bonus! I would happily make the 1.5-hour drive again to buy my next car from Conor at Palmen!

Logan is amazing. My husband was looking around the lot, and Logan came out to greet him. He was so personable and helpful. Little did he know he would sell two new Buicks that same day. He continues to contact us, making sure that all is right with our cars. We would not hesitate to do business with him again at Palmen. I have driven a Buick Enclave since 2012. What an experience!! I have purchased a lot of cars and I can honestly say Palmen Cadillac GMC was top notch and Ali was great not pushy not in a rush to make a deal very patient and just all around great salesman! Sales manager and finance manager were all great as well! I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S with 18.000 miles yes that is right only 18K miles and 1 owner vehicle and not only did they make my experience great Ali delivered my vehicle to my house in Park Ridge IL. Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. Otherwise always great service from the department.
