Everyone at Palmen is very nice and friendly. We have bought multiple cars from Palmen and the last 2 purchases from them Bil Richmond was our sales rep. Bil pays attention to detail and had a great memory from past years of purchases that we did with him at another dealership. Palmen is lucky to have Bil on their team! Ali was very helpful and friendly! He made sure that everything was done and ready for me when I picked up my Canyon . I feel as if he treated it as if it was his own vehicle. Running boards and the tunnel cover were installed and looking good! He said I should give him a call with any questions that I may have. Also he was very good at explaining all the electronics in the truck before leaving and setting me up with the OnStar. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

He goes above and beyond- every. single. time. that you come in. Tyrese is VERY customer friendly and does his best to find the car you'll love even when you say "naaaah".. then you go look at it and buy it. Bill puts the pieces together, answers any questions and makes sure you're smiling when you leave. Tommy, what can you say? Love the guy he cracks me up! He's very informative, throws those pieces together, and once they line up, he makes magic happen. Lastly Zack.. what can ya say about Zack.. that dudes awesome! He answers any questions you might have, works out any kinks and throws in a couple of laughs while doing it. I love this place! You have the best people ever!! Maybe I need a job

my check engine light was on for the 3 days before I had an appointment I had it checked out on CO and was told it should be good for the 1000 miles home. The night before the lite went off. Tim checked and asked for paperwork from CO and got it in and fixed no charge I was a few days till the end of my warranty.

We were just starting a 3-hour trip home in our Buick Envision when our check engine light came on and our car began losing acceleration on the highway—worst case scenario. My husband and I were traveling with our two small children and my mother-in-law, who relies on oxygen. We were all understandably anxious and unsure of what to do. We searched for the nearest Buick dealership and found Palmen Buick only six miles away. We showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning, desperately hoping for help. That’s when we met Jason. Jason greeted us with kindness and immediately took action. He understood the urgency of our situation and got our vehicle looked at right away. Within an hour and a half, the issue was diagnosed and fixed. Thanks to Jason and the incredible service department team, we were back on the road safely and able to return home without further trouble. Every single staff member we encountered was compassionate, professional, and accommodating. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and genuine care shown to our family during a very stressful time. Thank you, Jason, and thank you to the Palmen Buick team—you turned a travel nightmare into a reminder of how good people can be.

Everything was good. I love the truck Juan made sure that I had everything I asked for and drove the truck and delivered it to me and East Troy that was great. As far as the dealership they told me they would put all the paperwork on a thumb drive, which I have never received, and I still don’t have the paperwork for the sale of my truck. I was able to get the insurance because I looked up the VIN number on the Internet.

Palmen had the selection of vehicles online up to date and accurate. I easily navigated their website looking for the vehicles they had, was able to reach out to someone immediately about 2 of the vehicles, and was able to get in immediately to review the car in person. They set up the appointment around my busy schedule, had everything ready when I arrived, and it took very little time to decide to purchase. Palmen was fair with their pricing, (thank you Nick) and Bil Richmond did a great job selling me this vehicle. Bil was very patient and answered all my detailed questions about the vehicle. He did a great job.

We’ve bought 3 cars from GMC Palmen in the last 3 years and we’ve had great service! Even with minor issues happening here and there, they’re always quick to respond and help out to remedy the issues immediately and effectively. Ali is probably one of the best salesman we’ve ever worked with in any field.. he’s smart and knows what he’s talking about, he is quick and to the point, he wants to help wherever he can and will get you resolutions to any issue immediately. What an experience!! I have purchased a lot of cars and I can honestly say Palmen Cadillac GMC was top notch and Ali was great not pushy not in a rush to make a deal very patient and just all around great salesman! Sales manager and finance manager were all great as well! I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S with 18.000 miles yes that is right only 18K miles and 1 owner vehicle and not only did they make my experience great Ali delivered my vehicle to my house in Park Ridge IL. Scheduled an oil change with Jason and he got me in promptly, but...... Way too much for an oil change on my silverado duramax diesel truck. It cost over 200.00 dollars and that's with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. Will look into other dealerships or oil change stores.

I literally had no plans to buy a car, but left with a new car and can't be happier. I came in to have my car emission tested to renew my registration. While we were waiting for the test to be performed we saw a GMC Acadia on the showroom floor and checked it out. Ali, approached us asking if we needed help. We explained we were just waiting on my car to get tested and we were not actually shopping for a car. He said no worries and continued to talk to us while we waited. Ali gave us his card and said feel free to give him a call if we were ever in the market for a new or used car. We left with our old car that still did not pass emissions and discussed what to do. We had a lot of work done on the car recently, at a different dealership, but it still would not pass the emissions test.We decided putting more money into a 10 year old car did not make sense so I spend the afternoon doing research on new and used SUV's with third row seats and compared prices. The Acadia had good reviews and the price at Palmen was good compared to other dealerships. Ali had been so polite, professional, and social while we waited for our car so we decided to come back after work and take the Acadia for a test drive. Ali showed us several options on new and used SUV's with third rows, understanding that buying a car had not been our plan he wanted to give us options that would fit our needs and our budget. In the end we decided to go with a new car and purchased the 2025 Acadia Elevation, which we love so far. Ali did a great job assisting us in this process. Ali was knowledgable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.the entire process at Palmen was easy and enjoyable! We never felt pressured by Ali and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I also have to mention that the financing side of the process was just as easy and Zach was just as great to deal with as Ali. Zach offered us upgrades and extensions to the car we were buying, but again never made us feel pressured to add anything. He was informative, funny, professional, and knowledgable as well. The entire experience was awesome and I would recommend Ali, Zach, and Palmen to my friends and family if they needed to buy a car.

I went in on the 9th after a phone call looking for a second vehicle. I met this amazing patient knowledgeable respectful man named Bil who communication skills are impeccable! I went here after a not so welcoming experience at a Kenosha Chevy dealer and I am thankful for the negative experience as a returning customer because that led me right to Palmen and I met Mr. BIL!! The battery on my 2007 Saturn Sky died. I called Jason and he said he had one in stock. I headed over and, with a Sky, the right front fender has to be removed. I knew I didn't want to mess with it. The battery they had, because they need a special battery, failed. He searched all around for me and found one in Milwaukee that they got and by 3:00PM it was good to go. That's what separates Jason from all of the others and Palmen's for going the extra yard!!

My problem today was to have diagnostic service done to find out why the AC lower control panel was not working. It took over three hours for this diagnosis. While I appreciated my service representative’s assistance I was uncomfortable with the length of time to assess my situation.but happy to find out what my problem apparently was and how to proceed to fix it. The Service Dept was staffed be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees i.e. Julie. The sales area was clean with a nicely applied waiting area.

We specifically buy cars that we know Jason can service for us. He is the reason we've been loyal to your shop. Most trustworthy and honest person and I know I never have to get a 2nd opinion or 2nd guess anything he tells us about our cars. I refer Jason to everyone!
